The International and Comparative Law Review is still accepting article submissions for Volume 33, Article 1, focused on the theme: “The Spectrum of IP Rights in a Changing World.”

This issue will explore the critical role of intellectual property—patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets—in promoting innovation, economic development, and cultural exchange. We welcome submissions that examine the international dimensions of intellectual property law and its impact across industries and borders.

Interested authors should submit their manuscript, CV, and cover letter through Scholastica. For any questions, please contact us at umiclr@miami.edu.

Thank you for your submissions and we look forward to reviewing your work.
